Even if you choose to have someone else represent you, the benefits of a realtor include but are not limited to, market knowledge, expert negotiators and piece of mind for you knowing everything is done professionally and legally.

3. Determining Pricing And Marketing Strategy

Once you find a choose a realtor to work with, the pricing of the home and marketing strategy will be established. This is where you can work together with us on all details or be as hands-off as possible and trust that we will do what is best for you and hour home.

4. Staging And Pictures

Many people hear the word staging and think all of their furniture will be moved out and brand spanking new couches and beds will be put in their place. This can happen but is rare, the more common scenario is that we go through your entire home with you and suggest how best prepare the whole house for pictures. This can include decluttering, painting, putting away personalized items and more. This is all done with the goal of selling your home the quickest, least painful way and for more money.

5. Showings And Receiving Offers

All the steps above lead to this part of the process. We will explain every offer to you and give you all the information you need to make the best decision that works for you.

6. Finding A Lawyer

Once the offer is accepted and the conditions are fulfilled, now it is time to find a lawyer to handle all that legal stuff. If you have your own already we will send them all the documents they need, if you have no idea who to use we again have a list or Lawyers we have worked with an trust and would be happy to refer you.

7. Finally, Moving In!

Don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye, its more like….I’ll see you later. At this point we like to give you space to enjoy the excitement of moving in to your new home but we check up on the morning of move-in day to make sure everything is in order and you are scheduled to pick up your keys. Don’t be surprised if we “pop-in” to see how things are going in your new place. Even long after you move in and have a question, feel free to call anytime!
