I graduated from Mohawk College, what seems like a lifetime ago and have been buying and selling real estate for over 10 years, both in Canada and the US. My family is in the Construction and Real Estate industries, so for as long as I can remember I have been around houses, from the planning stages of new construction to renovating older homes and the different stages in between.
